JUSTIN BRANDS PROMOTES THREE OFFICERS
Justin Brands Inc. announced May 4 the promotion of three of its top executives to the senior vice president level: Herbert Beckwith, Larry Nelson and Jamie Morgan.
Beckwith will now be senior vice president and chief financial officer for Justin Brands, the world's leading manufacturer of Western, work and lifestyle footwear. A certified public accountant, Beckwith joined Justin Brands in 1982 as an internal auditor. He holds a master's degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Nelson will now serve as senior vice president of manufacturing. He joined the company in 1994 as assistant to the vice president of manufacturing and rose to the position of vice president after only two years. Nelson has 42 years of manufacturing experience in the Western industry.
Morgan is now the company's senior vice president of sales and marketing. Morgan began his career at Justin in 1997 as a regional sales manager and quickly rose through the ranks to become vice president of sales and marketing in 2001. Morgan's sales and marketing experience in the Western industry spans more than 35 years.
"I have had the honor of working directly for the past 15 years with Jamie Morgan, Herb Beckwith and Larry Nelson at Justin," said Randy Watson, president and CEO of Justin Brands. "Each of these men is clearly an industry leader in his respective area of sales and marketing, finance and manufacturing, and together they represent more than 100 years of leadership in the Western industry," he said.
