WESTERN APPAREL AND TACK-TEXAS BUILDING MOMENTUM IN FORT WORTH
Tully Markets LLC returned to Fort Worth, Texas, for a successful second presentation of the bi-annual Western Apparel and Tack-Texas (WATT) Feb. 14-16, 2009. The all-new Fort Worth market was held at the Fort Worth Convention Center where nearly 270 lines were represented, while retail stores from California to Mexico to Australia came to shop.
Nearly 200 vendors and buyers enjoyed Texas barbecue and the band Cheyenne on Saturday evening. The entire event was hosted by Legends Boots, Cowboy Brand T’s and Tully Markets LLC. On Sunday evening, many folks stuck around to hear Waco and Julie Harris from Harris Western Store in Lytle, Texas, perform.
Tully Markets, LLC has begun taking applications for the August 2009 show, which will also be held at the Fort Worth Convention Center. Vendors and retailers continue to express their support for this market, and owner Roger Tully hopes to see WATT continue to grow.
