ACROSS THE INDUSTRY

THE LEGEND CONTINUES

For more than 50 years, Manuel Cuevas has had an immeasurable influence on American pop culture. Manuel has dressed some of America’s most timeless icons, including: The Lone Ranger (mask and cowboy attire); Gene Autry's classic Western attire; the making of “The Man in Black” Johnny Cash; the well-embellished suits for the “Wagon Master” Porter Wagoner; not one, or two, but three Hank Williams; the elaborate clothes designed for Salvador Dali; the classic looks of the Rat Pack elite … not to mention Elvis’s gold lame suit and numerous jumpsuits.

He not only created their clothes, he created their image.

As the next generation influenced by this great American heritage, his son Manny Cuevas introduces Wear It Out Manuel.

“Wear It Out Manuel will offer the sophisticated, classic styles of the Western American heritage inspired by my rich family history,” says Manny. “These styles and designs will include amazingly fun graphics, crystals and multiple embroideries. The clothes do not take themselves too seriously: They are intended for daily life, but will definitely enhance a night out. It is about dressing up while dressing down.”

These Limited Edition jackets and shirts will make a statement for the person collecting the line, and feature some of the most intricate embroideries, graphics, and stitching details found on any ready-to-wear clothing. Each piece will be signed and numbered personally by Manuel.
