AETA, HOPPER EXPOSITIONS PARTNER FOR THIRD INTERNATIONAL TRADE FAIR
The American Equestrian Trade Association International Fair, produced by Hopper Expositions Inc., will be held Jan. 31 through Feb. 2 at the Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore, Md.
According to producer Kent Hopper, more than 250 companies representing more than 600 lines have booked more than 500 booths. These numbers represent 25 percent more booths booked than at the August 2008 fair, with companies exhibiting and lines represented up 20 percent.
More than 700 buyers have pre-registered online.
This is the third trade fair resulting from AETA’s partnership with Hopper Expositions, succeeding the previous fair in Baltimore in August 2008 and Orlando in February 2008.
As in the past, AETA will continue to give special recognition to companies that have implemented environmentally conscious initiatives, such as producing eco-friendly products and implementing green business practices. Exhibitors recognized for their “green” efforts will receive a “going green” pennant and a “green apple” to display from their booths.
AETA, a not-for-profit organization, was formed in 2007 by equestrian industry manufacturers and retailers to provide networking opportunities, member services and Association-driven trade shows.
