FIRST WESTERN APPAREL AND TACK-TEXAS DEEMED A SUCCESS

Tully Markets LLC brought their family-run trade show to Fort Worth, TX with a successful first presentation of the bi-annual Western Apparel and Tack-Texas Aug. 9-11, 2008. The all-new Fort Worth market was held at the Fort Worth Convention Center where nearly 200 lines were represented while retail stores from California to Georgia came to shop.

The apparel, tack and gift manufacturers were showcased for the numerous large and small retail stores that attended the three-day show. Many vendors and retailers enjoyed the daily continental breakfasts and stuck around for the real Texas barbecue on Saturday night and the buffet reception on Sunday night. These events were sponsored by Smoky Mountain Boots, Panhandle Slim, Rogers-Whitley, Sedona West, Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7, Nuzzle, Ariat, Legends Boot Company and Tully Markets, LLC.

Tully Markets, LLC has begun taking applications for the February 2009 show which will also be held at the Fort Worth Convention Center. Vendors and retailers alike have expressed their excitement and support for this market, and owner Roger Tully hopes to see WATT double in size by the time the February market rolls around. In turn, Tully Markets LLC is hoping to host a country music band for the Saturday reception and offer reduced-priced parking to all retailers.
