ARIAT INTRODUCES PREMIUM WESTERN PERFORMANCE BOOTS
WITH BUTYL LEATHER OUTSOLES FOR WOMEN
Ariat International Inc. announces the Fall 2008 introduction of performance leather sole boots for women. The Dally, previously only available for men, represents, a unique combination of Ariat's performance technology with authentic, handcrafted Butyl-treated leather soles. Unlike conventional leather, butyl-treated soles offer increased durability and flexibility regardless of the weather conditions. The result is a traditional look and feel of leather that is more water-resistant and longer wearing between resoles.
The Dally features traditional hand-nailed, nine-iron weight construction, a premium full grain leather shaft, W toe profile, ten-row stitch embroidery detail and decorative boot pulls for a look of handcrafted elegance. The footbed utilizes Ariat's ATS Technology which combines arch and heel support to offer enhanced cushioning and stability. Providing three times the support and stability of traditional steel shank, the ATS shank delivers all day support and comfort.
"When Ariat launched the Dally for men earlier this year, it was the first of its kind in the market," said Beth Cross, president and chief executive officer of Ariat International. "We are thrilled to now offer these premium, western competition boots for women that combine the tradition of fine leather outsoles with the cutting edge technology that has become synonymous with the Ariat brand."
Women's Dally will be available in stores July 2008 in Maple/Crimson and Dress Brown/Sapphire Blue.
